Off to work I go... again
Despite all my best efforts, it looks like I’m going to have to get a second job. My sweety and I decided we both needed to. The new gate we got was ill-timed because we were, at the same time, trying to evict a deadbeat bitch. Why the harsh name calling? Well let me tell you what this little queen bitch did.
After giving her 30 days notice to leave, does she start looking for a job or another place to live? Does she even try to talk to us to try to work things out at all? No, nothing of the kind. Instead, she holed herself up in her room, smoking up a stinking storm, and studying a thick book of city codes. She found some violations in the guest house and called the city on us. I hate spiteful people like this. What a waste of energy. What a waste of a fucking life. Bitch just move the hell out and get out of our fucking lives.
So now, on top of all this, we have to deal with city inspectors to correct the violations, which will of course take more money that we don’t have. Add to this mess the fact that we have a leaky roof. It’s been fine all summer and I pretty much forgot about it. But the rainy season is around the corner and we need to get that taken care of because I’ve had enough of putting 10 different buckets all over the room.
So yeah, I’m getting a second job. I decided I wanted something that didn’t involve computers and would have me at least moving around, like restocking shelves or warehouse work. After spending a day with my ass in an office chair in front of a computer, the last thing I want is to spend several more hours doing the same damn thing. I need something where I won’t have to think much, but most of all, one where I’ll get to do some physical activity. I’m not a blob thanks to my metabolism, but I’m sure I have some muscles somewhere atrophying from lack of activity.
