Did somebody actually get paid to write that?
On the radio this morning was a commercial for the Broadway show “Wicked”. It’s coming to town and it’s “revolutionary”. Okay sure. When the “Lion King” show was here, the commercials usually said, “But you’d better hurry because they’re leaving soon.” However for this commercial they said, “The longer you wait, the longer you wait to see… Wicked!”
No shit, really? The longer I wait, the longer it’ll be before I see it?? That’s amazing insight! Why didn’t I see it before? Absolutely brilliant!
And stupid.
