Yeep, six figures! Yeah that’s like a tiny drop in the bucket for you.
Yeah. How about a $120,000 stimulus check?
Hehe, that one extra 0 makes aaaaalllll the difference! That would definitely stimulate me!
Heh. Look at you, making a dirty pun without even realizing it.
Ha! I should change my name to GeekyDirtyGirl.
You’re way too innocent and full of naivete about all the bad, dirty things in the world, I think.
And I didn’t mean that as a bad thing.
You’re right. I still think goatse is a type of cheese.
And I’m so sorry I had to try to open your eyes on that!
Well I’ve heard it referenced a couple other times, so at least now I know what they’re talking about. Though to be honest, I had to look it up on wiki again to remind myself what it really was. I’d blocked it out I guess. I went straight to Wikipedia because I figured they wouldn’t actually post the picture. If I want to see the inside of a rectum I’ll get a colonoscopy.
And of course, you can’t forget lemonparty.
Lemonparty, ah yes… the ah… gathering of lemonade connoisseurs!
Think you might have got a little off topic there guys… I have just done some very disturbing Googling as a result of that.
I won’t do anything with my Stimulus check, since I wont get one, since the British government would rather burn money than give it back to the taxpayers. They recently spent over $1BN US and 13 years on 8 Chinook helicopters that (still) are not airworthy.
Isn’t western society brilliant…
It’s no wonder I hate following politics. It only makes me mad.
The Ontario government tried this about 10 years ago with a $200 “dividend” cheque. It wasn’t a dividend because the government was running a deficit. It had little effect on the economy. However, $600/person to a population of 300 million is a lot of change to be dumping into an economy. It will get spent, one way or another.
That is true, and in all honesty, I didn’t put the entire thing towards the credit card payment.
With six figures of credit card debt, the $1200 stimulus check really didn’t do much for us - we just went ahead and splurged on a few things we were going to buy anyway.
