lol this is funny that you say this… I bought a small book of stamps on April 15th.. Then about the same time that you wrote this I had sent a piece of mail to the owner of my complex i put a stamp on it and it was sent back to me. I had no idea the price went up 2 cents in May… IT JUST SUCKS!!!

You can buy stamps that will be permanent stamps now, too, even if the rates change.
