Ah....omnipotence returns....very good.

I don’t know how to make coffee. I don’t drink it and therefore have no reason to learn.  Our coffee maker is only used whenever someone comes over who wants coffee and then I tell them to make it themself. I’m a great hostess.

Oh great! I don’t make coffee either, but I had to figure out the coffee machine at my job ‘cos patients were always asking about fresh brewed coffee. I got the rudiments down, but since I don’t drink that stuff I don’t know how good it is. At least the patients never complain!

Maggie, yes, omnipotence feels good (much better than impotence).

T, yes you’re a great hostess indeed. “Coffee? Over there. Don’t for get to plug the thing in. Oh, and can you do the dishes while you’re there?”

Vixen, I guess it isn’t too hard to figure out once we get the proportions figured out.

I’m not a coffee drinker but my ex was and I usually was the 1st one up in the morning so I became proficient at making it. Then we’d sit at the table, when time allowed...her with coffee...me with a pepsi.

Hmm, I think Pepsi is probably worse than coffee, but it’s definitely better than your ex!

Ahh I love it, it’s a perfect cup of java!! You have many talents…

I used to be like that till I started drinking the stuff about a year ago.

I still have a problem making tea though. I think I must be the only English person in the world who can’t stand a nice cuppa Rosy Lee!

Sarah | 04.30.2006 | 12:50 AM

I am the same way with ice-tea, I hate the stuff but I make it for my girl, and I won’t tast it.  She says it’s very good, but I’d wouldn’t know.

I do love coffee though.  And french press coffee, mmmmmm good.

zoe | 04.30.2006 | 10:17 AM

omg I so hate coffee..  My old man asked for christmas last year that I make him coffee on the weekends.  Sure I thought easy enough.  So I learned not only do I hate the tatse of coffee but also the smell.  Its evil stuff.  Even gives me a head ache just to smell it.  I would rather smell gasoline.  Ok am done complaining.

The things we do for those we love.

Jaws | 04.30.2006 | 10:59 AM

Sarah, that is funny that you can’t stand tea. Do other English folks find you… odd?  wink

Zoe, I’m a tea drinker myself, though not regularly. Not much to get it ready for me. Just stick the tea bag into hot water and hand it to me.

Jaws, yes, we do many things for love. Though, wow, you’d rather smell gasoline than coffee? I don’t mind the smell at all, so it must be an even bigger challenge for you!

Geeky Dragon Girl | 04.30.2006 | 1:41 PM

I’d mock you about this, but I don’t know anything about making coffee.
