Aww...that hoovers.
The getaway will be nice though! Think of how rested and how nice it will be to get away from the rat race!
And hey, if you need, I’ll study up on roof repair and come down and help ya’ do it yourself. :D
LOL! Between the two of us we’ll be better at creating a new banner to proclaim pride in the new roof…
IT’S A NEW ROOF! NOW WITH MORE LEAKS THAN EVER BEFORE!!
Yeah, they totally fuck you w/ bonuses.
They do the same w/ Severances. I was so stoked to get a pretty hefty Severance package from the software job, but apparently they tax that as a bonus.
Bastards.
Wow, how did that happen to your old blog? I like this design, though.
That sucks about a leaky roof. But it’s only that way when it rains. When the sun is out, it’s just as good as anyone’s roof.
I’d like to blame Blogger for the whole blog deleting mess. Makes me feel better. But deep down inside (way, way deep down) I have a feeling that it may just have been me being a complete moron.
And you’re right, the roof is perfect when there’s no inclement weather. So I don’t mind waiting a little longer to replace it.
Those bastards! Sheesh what’s the sense of getting bonuses and stuff if they take half of it. That stuff truly peeves me off.
Well as long as the weather holds up and is nice you should be fine. Sorry to hear about the badness of the day though.
Hasn’t your company ever heard of making adjustments to withholding on bonuses so you don’t have to give it all to the taxman?! It’s S.O.P. at our company.
Sorry about your roof. I still think your neighbors would adore the look of a bright blue tarp.
If it weren’t so darn windy in between storms I would quite agree with you! The wind chimes make enough of a racket as it is.
As for making adjustments to bonuses… I am jealous and very much disappointed in my company. It’s not just a company, nay, it’s a corporation. And not only that, it’s a financial corporation! Bastards. I think they’re in cahoots with the taxman.
That just bites! I hope you end up getting your weekend getaway! Have fun!
