Ha...I just got that joke.  I too, am slow, on Saturdays.  Doh! I just, unintentionally made a joke!

Yanno...as well as I can visualize things a video showing that run would be priceless.

Tbe karmic implications of the snail-smashing exercise are mindboggling!

It’s so cool how you find humor in everything. You are a very fun person to have around.

That reminds me of a comic strip I read many years ago…

The first panel is of the mother, sitting at the table reading the newspaper and drinking her coffee, while her toddler, upstairs, calls out “FRY!” after which there is a CRUNCH!  The next few panels are of this mother getting up and walking up the stairs (all the while accompanied by “FRY!”.."CRUNCH!").

Finally she walks into the boy’s room, where we see him sitting by the open window, and she says, “Honey, how many times do I have to tell you...snails can’t fly!”

I couldn’t kill them. I hate to kill things and I tend to think even weird things like mice or snails are cute in their own way.

T. | 07.10.2006 | 2:45 PM

Aww, poor little snails didn’t stand a chance!  I hate killing things too, even bugs.  I catch them if I can and take them outside.  Sometimes I am too late, and hunter-kitty finds them first.

Hah!  I hate those little buggers too.  Except I throw them out on the road and wait for the cars to crunch them.
Can’t get the shoes dirty, y’know.

J. | 07.11.2006 | 10:44 AM

I’ll usually leave ‘em alone, but if I’m supposed to help remove the snails, then I usually throw them into the neighbor’s yard. I’m just not a killer.
