Is Joefish eating the “special cookies” again?
Heather, it’s fun making up for that cowardly teacher who wouldn’t take on the tougher questions.
Robin, I think he was born “special”. That’s why everyone loves him!
ROFL. “Repent or something!!”
Do you mind if I quote that? lol
That’s a great question, Joe!

I don’t get it. Am I supposed to get it? I’m SLOW.
Umm… which part don’t you get?
heh. The question was supposed to be black and white, would you find faith or would you think “evolutionary leap?” The question is somewhat diluted when you give five or six different answers. :D
Robin - I’m all about the special cookies.
Heh, I ruined your plan to pidgeon-hole me! Muaahaahaahaa! Besides, I’m a little too analytical for faith.
That didn’t work because that wasnt a good question. A better one would be If someone told you that you were destined to save the world but the only catch was that you would lose your memory of everyone you loved. Would you save the world. Or keep your memories knowing that if you did you would condem the world.
This one is more a question on faith in ones soul/self… Are we more than our own memories, or by taking them away are we no longer the same person.
See this is more a question from the angel’s point of view.
Do I care about my memories more than the world, or do I have “faith” that I will still be myself no matter what happens.
If you want to find out if someone has “faith”, you should always start by asking if they have faith in themselves.
*speaking to joefish*
Personally, I ‘might’ do it once.
If I had to do it more than once I don’t think I would.
Loosing one’s memories IS like loosing yourself. Finding your way back to yourself is almost impossible and no matter what you would never be the same again.
Just how much do you fear change?
Interesting dilemma you present. I would choose to save the world because I’m a goody two shoes like that.
I tell ya people come up with some crazy questions for ya lol. And you come up with great answers
