I think I would start twitching if I didn’t. wink

Geeky Dragon Girl | 05.09.2006 | 2:44 PM

Yay!!

mike | 05.09.2006 | 2:54 PM

Glad you and your sweety made up! You’re right grudges are pointless, especially over trivial things that weren’t intentional to begin with. It sucks knowing that the one you love is mad at you, but the making up part almost makes it worth it!...almost.

Wild Blue | 05.09.2006 | 4:21 PM

I’m so glad ya’ll made up! Aww, how sweet...I’m smiling ear to ear…

grin

Di | 05.09.2006 | 4:55 PM

The draft in the dog house is bad.. trust me.

I am glad all is well. I can’t read blogs but ever three days about and your first post here had me worried! I needed to back track. I am glad all is well.

Jaws | 05.09.2006 | 5:31 PM

So I guess you didn’t need the Undo button after all? Glad to hear that everything is once again peachy.

Oh, and I think the ban has been lifted off you guys and brocolli.

Vixen | 05.09.2006 | 5:50 PM

Di, I’m smiling ear to ear too!

Wild Blue, making up does feel good, I’d just prefer to have kept it good in the first place, heh.

Jaws, thanks for the worry. We always seem to work it out in the end.

Vixen, I don’t know that I’m going to rush right out and buy some broccoli just yet… smile

Geeky Dragon Girl | 05.09.2006 | 6:35 PM

Aww… your sweetie is so cool. Mar rules. (And you’re pretty darn swell too.)

Joefish | 05.09.2006 | 8:52 PM

Yay!
And let me know if you ever find one of those undo buttons. I could use one too.

J. | 05.09.2006 | 11:43 PM

I *so* want an undo button at times as well! I’m really glad you’re out of the doghouse already, what a brilliant motto your sweetie has smile

One of my friends has “Joy comes in the morning” as the title to her journal, which speaks to me on several levels. It’s a quote from the Bible: “Weaping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning”, which is not only true from a Christian viewpoint (Jesus rose from the grave in the morning), but also works in my personal life - even if I go to sleep angry at my husband, I almost always feel ready to forgive him when I wake up. It’s difficult to sleep next to somebody and stay mad at them smile

Sorry - that got long embarrassed

Aww...those are lovely words:

Each day is a new day to start fresh.

I’m gonna write that at the top of my weekly calendar.

Glad to hear you didn’t fuck up too bad...she’s a special one. Hold on tight!

Kentucky Girl | 05.10.2006 | 12:22 AM

Yay GDG’s outta the doghouse!! Um now just don’t tell us you’re in the cathouse now..haha! Glad to hear it all worked out and it is hard to stay mad at someone ya love! smile
Geeze, my word is “sextoy” niiice haha.

Donna | 05.10.2006 | 5:52 AM

"The best you can do is forgive.” That quote from the Travelling Wilbury’s song “The End of the Line” seems apropos to this post. It’s also one that has been bouncing around in my head recently.

Life’s too short to stay mad.

Suzanne | 05.10.2006 | 6:42 AM

All is right in the universe again. Glad you crazy kids patched things uprasberry

T. | 05.10.2006 | 6:43 AM

Glad to hear order has been restored.

I used to be really bad for holding grudges but life is much happier now I’ve learned to let ‘em go!

An undo button does sound wicked though! smile

Sarah | 05.10.2006 | 7:18 AM

Maria, nothing wrong with long comments. Have you seen some of the ones I drop sometimes? smile

Donna, out of the doghouse and into the cathouse! LOL

Sarah, yes, letting go of past wrongs does make for a happier soul. Grudges just aren’t good for anything.

Geeky Dragon Girl | 05.10.2006 | 7:28 AM

Phew! That’s good smile I tend to get long-winded.

Yeah, I’ve seen them, but it’s your blog, so you’re allowed to go on wink
