Exactly! If there are no dirty pizza boxes and no dirty clothes, it’s clean. In my opinion.
I’m glad I’m not alone. I think what pushed me to the “it’s not so bad” category was the vase of roses I had arranged on the table so that it was the first thing she would notice when she walked in the front door. Unfortunately when I picked her up at the airport the first thing she noticed was, “Your car is filthy.”
Hahahaha! That’s just great.
I always have to hire a housecleaner before my wife comes back from work trips. Her standards are definitely stricter than mine!
