Around our house those sorts of attempts usually end in a great deal of cursing, and many spare parts when all is supposedly put back together.

While I’d be capable of taking mine apart (probably), I’m always more inclined to sell mine on Craigslist for $50 and then buy the newest version. I’m lazy like that.
Whenever I try to fix things I make it worse but that’s because I just really don’t have a single clue.

So now I have to wait for the replacement part to arrive.
