I guess I’m just lazy.
Fortunately, neither me or my wife are clean freaks! Laundry is left on the floor, heck down here it’s only shorts anyways
, books and paperwork pile up everywhere, no worries. I do however like the tops to be put back on jam jars, if nothing else it’ll keep the ants out of the kitchen!
Every once in a while I do go on a cleaning spree in the kitchen, which I refer to as “clearing the decks”. It’s usually only when company is coming over or I need to take food pics to post (in which case only the area that’ll show in the pic gets cleaned).
The pool gets cleaned regularly though, no fun swimming in a gunky pool!
Ahhh to me dirty and being messing goes hand & hand. I can not stand to see a messy house. If you think that just by picking up what you see is keeping your house clean...well, it’s not. You still have to clean up dirt etc. etc. When I mean it’s time to clean I mean CLEAN!!
hehe my word is proud...cuz I am darn proud to be declaired a neat freak!
<Ahhh to me dirty and being messing > I ment messy
One more thing...when have you ever walked into a messy house and said; “the house is messy, yet very clean?”
That’s a good point, but even if I thought it I would never say it aloud in front of you!
Dave, we all have our particulars about what to keep clean. For example I hate clothes on the floor, so I always pick them up.
I agree with you that ‘dirty’ and ‘messy’ are two different things.
and I agree with your sweety - both must be corrected
