I know, right? Huge tear! What a moron. The only thing that might have survived that kind of punishment is ceramic tile. Anything else would’ve been hopelessly scarred, or in this case torn like paper.

Holy crap @ that rip!! I’d definitely be making someone pay to fix that.  Maybe it won’t be such a hard task since they WERE nice enough to give $100 to replace food.  Maybe you’ll get lucky and talk to someone with common sense again.

Well Maytag was generous enough to cover the food loss, but the rip was caused by the third party repair company… let’s hope they are equally responsible.
