I need to start working out again. My thing is my back...when I work out, my back hurts so bad the next morning I can barely walk. I think it’s because of the back stretches and core exercises.
And rofl. My verification word is oof. Haha.
J, I agree, it usually is a good kind of hurt. Like, “I actually got off my ass and did something good for me!” kind of hurt.
Liane, perhaps a different exercise regimen is in order? Pain outside of soreness usually indicates something is wrong. HA! My word verification is “wrong”. I KNEW my blog was psychic!
Mine is popozao.
I googled and found a definition:
1. The first single by Kevin Federline of his CD “Playing with Fire” , great club song.
2. In Portugese, it means “big ass”
And possibly. It may be from sitting in a certain position too long aggravated it too, because my computer chair at school is heinous. I’m gonna start back this week, and since I’m trying to spend less time sitting at this computer (good luck to me.) it may fix. :D
Sitting position and prolonged computer use definitely cause some upper back pain for me, mostly in the shoulder blade area. I’m avoiding the machines in the gym that work those muscles so as not to aggravate the already tired muscles.
The gym can be cruel.
Nothing wrong with a little muscle pain. I’ve been hurting every time I sneeze/cough/move for months now!
At least your pain isn’t because you’re pregnant
I’m happy to report that I chose D but I did briefly consider C as a viable option.
You would, Mike. Then again I think that’s you projecting your own proclivities onto others.
But if you stick with it your muscles stop being sore. I think they eventually get the message that they’d better do some work or you’ll disown them.
Oh, I think doing excersizes for strengthing your upper back would help with the compter work related tiredness there. But that’s just my opinion. Start slow, and work on the surrounding muscles first. Start the lats and traps first.
nerf --cool! haven’t seen that word in yonks.
Ouch!
Sore muscles are always a good kind of hurt though.
I need to get my ass to a gym…
