Birds, flowers and other springy things

As they say, spring is in the air, and so are lots and lots of birds. Everywhere you look they’re flying around, chirping, singing, crapping on my car. The poor thing was already filthy, but now I’m gaining a collection of white bird splatters on it as well. Gross. Must visit car wash soon.

As promised, I have photos of our garden! Heh, isn’t it great how one person (my sweety) does all the work tending, weeding and watering the garden, and both residents get to take credit for it? Yes, our lovely garden…


I love how there are so many different colors and leaf types. You could stare at it a long time taking in the variety. Sorry for the slightly unclear photo quality. I had just woken up.



This is our little mini-jungle under the patio. I love the blue, metal, hand-made lizard we found when we were in Key West. It has springs for legs, tail and neck, so it wiggles and bobbles when you poke it. *poke* See it move? Oh sorry, this isn’t video. Well, imagine it then!

Don’t you feel at peace with the world now? Like totally zen? Then I think you should go visit this week’s renter. Billy Boy is forever waging war against global stupidity and could use a little zen himself. Head over there and say hi. He’d enjoy the company.
